1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Wirecore GmbH and its customers regarding the use of Rekivo software and related services. The offer is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 BGB; consumers within the meaning of Sec. 13 BGB cannot conclude contracts. Conflicting customer terms apply only if expressly agreed by us in writing.
2. Services
Rekivo provides a cloud-based solution for processing e-invoices. The exact service scope depends on the selected plan and the corresponding product description.
3. Contract conclusion and term
The contract is concluded when registration or booking is completed. Term, renewal, and cancellation periods are governed by the selected plan and the conditions shown during checkout.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown at the time of booking apply. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net prices plus applicable VAT. Billing is handled via the payment provider offered in the system.
5. Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for lawful use of the service, safeguarding access credentials, and all content uploaded or processed. The customer must ensure that no third-party rights are infringed.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In case of slight negligence, liability for breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to typical foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.
7. Data protection and confidentiality
Information on data processing is provided in the privacy policy. Where required, the parties conclude a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
8. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent legally permissible, place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Wirecore GmbH. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
