Default inbox address

Each organization receives a unique email address for receiving invoices. The address follows this pattern:

your-prefix@mail.rekivo.com

You can change the prefix in your organization settings. Share this address with your suppliers so they can send e-invoices directly to Rekivo.

Custom domain setup

On the Business plan, you can configure a custom domain for your invoice receiving address (e.g. invoices@yourdomain.com). This requires adding DNS records (MX and TXT) to your domain configuration.
