Inviting members

Organization owners can invite new members by email from the Settings page. The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization. If they do not have a Rekivo account yet, they will be prompted to create one.

Member roles

Rekivo uses two roles to manage permissions within an organization:

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access to all features including billing, member management, organization settings, and data deletion.
MemberCan view, process, and export invoices. Cannot manage billing, members, or organization settings.

Organization settings

In the organization settings, owners can update the organization name, manage the email inbox prefix, view and manage members, and configure other organization-level options.
