Team & Organization
Inviting members
Organization owners can invite new members by email from the Settings page. The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization. If they do not have a Rekivo account yet, they will be prompted to create one.
Member roles
Rekivo uses two roles to manage permissions within an organization:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to all features including billing, member management, organization settings, and data deletion. |
| Member | Can view, process, and export invoices. Cannot manage billing, members, or organization settings. |
Organization settings
In the organization settings, owners can update the organization name, manage the email inbox prefix, view and manage members, and configure other organization-level options.
