Creating exports

Rekivo allows you to export invoices for use in your accounting software or for archiving purposes.

Navigate to Export

Navigate to the Export page from the sidebar.

Select filters

Select a date range and optionally filter by status or other criteria.

Generate the archive

Click Export to generate the archive. You will be notified when it is ready for download.

DATEV CSV format

Exports include a DATEV-compatible CSV file that can be imported directly into DATEV and other German accounting software. The CSV follows the standard DATEV booking record format with all required fields pre-populated from the invoice data.

Tip: The DATEV export maps invoice fields to the correct DATEV columns automatically. Review the mapping in your first export to ensure it matches your chart of accounts.

Including PDFs

When creating an export, you can choose to include PDF files. For ZUGFeRD invoices, the original PDF is included. For pure XML invoices (XRechnung), a generated PDF representation is included. All files are packaged in a ZIP archive.

Export history and download

All previous exports are listed on the Export page with their date, invoice count, and file size. You can download any past export again at any time. Exports are retained according to your plan's storage limits.
