Invoice statuses
Rekivo uses a simple but effective workflow with five statuses to track the lifecycle of each invoice:
NewSeenApprovedRejectedPaid
Invoices start as New when they arrive. The status changes to Seen when a team member opens the invoice. From there, invoices can be moved to Approved, Rejected, or Paid.
Changing status
You can change an invoice's status from the invoice detail page using the status dropdown or the action buttons. Status changes are recorded in the activity timeline with a timestamp and the name of the user who made the change.
Duplicate detection
Rekivo automatically checks for potential duplicate invoices based on the invoice number, sender, and amount. If a likely duplicate is detected, a warning is displayed on the invoice detail page so you can review both invoices before processing.
